Returns Policy

We at Perigord Truffles of Tasmania take pride in the quality of the products we dispatch.

We will refund or replace goods if an error has occurred with your order or the goods are damaged in shipping.

Our returns policy only includes goods which we have been notified about within 48 hours of the goods being received.

In the event the product has been damaged in shipping please call us as soon as possible and email images which show the nature of the damage.

However we cannot accept responsibility for the deterioration of perishable goods in the following situations:

- Incorrect address

- Unopened packages

Shipping and Delivery Image result for eparcel Fresh Truffles The shipping rate for fresh truffles is $20. The fresh Truffles will be express posted on a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for next-day delivery. Truffles ordered later in the week will be shipped early the following week. We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries. The recipient will receive an email from us and Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched by email which will include a Australia Post tracking number. The fresh French truffles are packed in an insulated polystyrene box with ice cells to ensure the safe transit and to optimise freshness. The package can be delivered to your home or work address or to your nearest Post Office for collection. Truffle Products For truffle product orders the shipping rate is $14.5 The truffles products are posted on Monday through Friday. We use Australia Post’s e Parcel system for all deliveries. The recipient will receive an email from Australia Post once the parcel is dispatched. You will be notified immediately your package is dispatched by email which will include an Australia Post tracking number.
